Hi, I’m Murray. These are your sessions, so my role is to work with you to understand, to manage or to overcome your psychological concerns in way that is useful way for you. I am trained pluralistically, which means there is no one correct way to do therapy, because everybody is their own person, and different people need different things at different times. I probably lean towards a person-centered / existential approach. I have a BA in Counselling and Therapeutic Practice, an MSc in Psychology, work well with younger people, older people and everyone in between..
