In addition, some of our qualified counsellors also offer counselling within the affordable therapy service

To access low-cost counselling, please fill out our self-referral form.

Therapies

We offer a full range range of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, mindfulness-based therapy and compassion-focused methods. We also offer…

OUTDOOR THERAPUETIC INTERVENTIONS

Designed to introduce young people aged 5 – 24 to a range of outdoor activities, focusing on nature, wellbeing, basic bushcraft, and mindfulness.

Our wilderness therapeutic services integrate nature with therapeutic processes, aiding cognitive resilience and mental health improvement. Activities are designed to foster holistic development across physical, cognitive, social, and emotional domains.

Our youth programmes create supportive environments where young people feel understood, valued, and unjudged. We encourage them to seek help and engage in positive activities, inspiring them to try new things and learn practical skills.

TRAUMA INTERVENTIONS

Counselling provides a safe and non-judgemental space to process your trauma.

We also offer a no-disclosure technique, called the Rewind, an intervention that reduces the devastating impact of trauma. The Rewind takes one- to -two sessions and is a technique that does not require you to disclose your trauma.

NEURODIVERSE SUPPORT GROUP

Adult neurodiverse support group, for anyone aged 18 and over, free to attend.

A safe space to feel part of something and get support. Co-run by wellbeing practitioners and a neurodiverse peer, no diagnosis required. Friends and family are welcome.
