I trained in the humanist approach to counselling and have been a qualified social worker for 28 years, working with adults. This brings a wealth of experience, focussing on solutions. You are the expert of your own experience and by offering you the time and safe space to hear your voice, you can challenge the things about yourself that you want to change. However sometimes people get stuck and can’t move forward. Everyone is different and by using different techniques we can work together with managing the difficulties you may be facing such as trauma, depression, anxiety, and bereavement.
